Bristol Live Music

Dublin, Ohio – Bristol Republic (Bristol), the Columbus staple known for its Southern-inspired menu, live music, and signature Nashville atmosphere, is set to open its new home in Dublin at Bridge Park in June 2026.

This next chapter introduces a major evolution for the brand: two distinct concepts under one roof…Bristol Republic and a new elevated cocktail lounge, The Saddle Club.

Located at 4495 Bridge Park Avenue, the multi-level space has been designed to offer a layered experience, blending dining, live music, and nightlife in a way that’s uniquely Bristol.

“We’re taking everything that’s made Bristol what it is—great food, live music, and a welcoming atmosphere—and building on it,” said Brian Swanson, owner of Bristol Republic. “At the same time, we’re introducing something completely new with The Saddle Club. It gives us the ability to offer two different experiences in one space, depending on what you’re looking for.”

Bristol Republic will continue to feature a menu that goes beyond its well-known BBQ, including favorites like 18-hour brisket and Texas-style ribs, alongside expanded offerings such as dry-aged meats and seasonal dishes, all supported by a state-of-the-art kitchen with Southern Pride smokers and a stone-fired hearth. A refined cocktail and whiskey program, Southern brunch, and live music lineup will remain at the core of the experience.

The Saddle Club introduces a more elevated, intimate environment within the space, centered around a high-end cocktail and whiskey program. The concept will feature:

  • curated whiskey selection and elevated cocktail program
  • Live jazz Wednesday through Saturday
  • DJs on Friday and Saturday evenings
  • A more refined, lounge-style atmosphere
  • Private event capabilities for up to 50 guests

Together, the two concepts create a destination that can shift throughout the night—from dinner and live music to a more elevated lounge experience.

“The excitement surrounding Bristol Republic from the downtown Dublin community has been outstanding,” said Bob Hoying, principal at Crawford Hoying. “We’re looking forward to welcoming Bridge Park’s first live music destination to the neighborhood very soon.”–

HangOverEasy Brunch

Dublin, Ohio – HangOverEasy, the Ohio-born breakfast bar known for its playful twists on comfort food and elevated brunch classics, today announced plans to open a new location in Bridge Park in Dublin, OH, in Spring 2026. The restaurant will be located at 6757 Longshore St., offering a new full-service breakfast experience to the Bridge Park neighborhood.

“Bridge Park has quickly become one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Columbus, and we are excited to bring an all-day, full-service breakfast and brunch experience back to this side of Dublin,” said Scott McCray, Director of Brand Engagement; Strategic Relations at On The Fly Hospitality. “Our goal is to recreate the true neighborhood breakfast bar experience we’re known for – a place where guests can start their morning with coffee, gather for brunch on weekends or enjoy a mid-day break with colleagues in a space that feels approachable, energetic and rooted in community.”

As HangOverEasy’s seventh location and third in central Ohio, the expansion into Bridge Park marks the brand’s largest footprint to date at approximately 5,500 sq. ft. The restaurant will accommodate 116 guests with table seating, a full-service bar, and an outdoor patio, offering a mix of dining experiences. Refreshed design elements will be incorporated throughout to reflect the brand’s playful identity and create an energetic, welcoming dining experience.

Exclusive to the Dublin location, HangOverEasy will introduce several new features, including the debut of a fully dedicated coffee bar space within the restaurant, offering drip and specialty coffee drinks, house-made pastries and light café fare. Designed to serve both grab-and-go guests and those looking to meet over coffee, the café will feature table seating and complimentary Wi-Fi to support remote work, casual meetings and everyday neighborhood use.

“We’re thrilled to welcome HangOverEasy to Bridge Park in spring 2026,” said Scott Dring, president and CEO of Visit Dublin. “It will bring a vibrant, full-service breakfast experience to Bridge Park, along with lunch and eventually dinner, that both residents and visitors will love.
The addition of a grab-and-go option makes it even more convenient. I’m excited to see how HangOverEasy will enhance the energy of Bridge Park.”

In addition to new offerings planned for this location, guests can expect HangOverEasy’s signature menu of creative breakfast and lunch favorites such as Chicken & Waffles, Dirty Burritos, hearty Breakfast Skillets, pancakes and a lineup of burgers and sandwiches. The menu is complemented by a robust beverage program featuring a variety of mimosas and Bloody Mary options, playful cocktails, mocktails and sparkling drinks, along with milkshakes and trending dirty sodas.

Looking ahead, the Bridge Park location will also mark a major milestone for HangOverEasy, as it plans to introduce dinner service. While service hours and offerings will be announced later this year, the menu will lean into a classic American diner-inspired experience with elevated, comfort-driven items that complement HangOverEasy’s bold style and extend beyond its traditional breakfast and lunch roots.

“HangOverEasy is a fantastic addition to Bridge Park’s dining scene,” said Brent Crawford, founder and principal at Crawford Hoying, owner and developer of Bridge Park. “Its atmosphere and menu will provide a diverse mix of quality food and beverage options for the community,
adding to Bridge Park’s breakfast and daytime dining offerings.”

HangOverEasy at Bridge Park will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Dublin, OH – North Market is excited to announce that Holy Crepes, the popular food truck and creperie, will be joining the North Market Bridge Park community of merchants this summer. The family-owned business, which has been serving delicious crepes and other treats to customers throughout Central Ohio since 2017, will now bring its tasty menu to the vibrant Dublin community.

“We’re thrilled to be joining the North Market Bridge Park community of merchants this summer,” said Enis Ndreu, owner of Holy Crepes. “We’re excited to bring our delicious crepes and other treats to the Dublin area and to be a part of the North Market’s commitment to showcasing local businesses.”

Holy Crepes offers a variety of sweet and savory crepes, as well as other treats like waffles, beignets, and different ice cream flavors. The menu features classic flavors like ham and cheese, Nutella and banana, and strawberry and whipped cream, as well as unique options like the Philly cheesesteak crepe and the chicken and waffles crepe.

“We’re excited to welcome Holy Crepes to the North Market Bridge Park family,” said Rick Harrison Wolfe, North Market’s Executive Director + CEO. “For quite some time, I’ve hoped to identify a creperie to fit in at the Market, and we’re thrilled to have found Enis and his delicious crepes. I know crepes will pair nicely with the new wine bar’s menu.”

Holy Crepes will be located in a prime spot at North Market Bridge Park, occupying the vacant stall at the south west corner formerly inhabited by Kintsugi Sushi Bar. Holy Crepes will offer customers a convenient spot to grab a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner treat. The creperie will be open seven days a week and will also offer online ordering and delivery services through various third-party apps.

The North Market Bridge Park location is set to open early this summer, with an official grand opening date to be announced in the coming weeks.
