Dublin, OH – Atlanta-based Intown Golf Club announced today that its first location in Ohio will be constructed at Bridge Park in downtown Dublin. The club provides golf enthusiasts and non-golfers alike an elevated private experience, features golf simulators and a putting green in addition to a world-class food and beverage program.

North Market Bridge Park Welcomes New Merchant, Holy Crepes

Dublin, OH – North Market is excited to announce that Holy Crepes, the popular food truck and creperie, will be joining the North Market Bridge Park community of merchants this summer. The family-owned business, which has been serving delicious crepes and other treats to customers throughout Central Ohio since 2017, will now bring its tasty menu to the vibrant Dublin community.

“We’re thrilled to be joining the North Market Bridge Park community of merchants this summer,” said Enis Ndreu, owner of Holy Crepes. “We’re excited to bring our delicious crepes and other treats to the Dublin area and to be a part of the North Market’s commitment to showcasing local businesses.”

Holy Crepes offers a variety of sweet and savory crepes, as well as other treats like waffles, beignets, and different ice cream flavors. The menu features classic flavors like ham and cheese, Nutella and banana, and strawberry and whipped cream, as well as unique options like the Philly cheesesteak crepe and the chicken and waffles crepe.

Holy Crepes will be located in a prime spot at North Market Bridge Park, occupying the vacant stall at the south west corner formerly inhabited by Kintsugi Sushi Bar. Holy Crepes will offer customers a convenient spot to grab a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner treat. The creperie will be open seven days a week and will also offer online ordering and delivery services through various third-party apps.

The North Market Bridge Park location is set to open early this summer, with an official grand opening date to be announced in the coming weeks.

Dublin, OH – The Memorial Tournament presented by Workday and Crawford Hoying announced today that Bridge Park – the walkable, mixed-use community in downtown Dublin – will serve as the Tournament’s official offsite destination in 2023.

“The Memorial is proud to once again join Crawford Hoying in supporting the Bridge Park district and Fore!Fest,” said Tournament Executive Director Dan Sullivan. “Fore!Fest has quickly grown into a community favorite, providing central Ohioans and golf fans an opportunity to enjoy live music, food and beverage options and visit all the shops and restaurants in Bridge Park, including the Memorial Golf Shop.”

Bridge Park will offer live entertainment, promotional activation across the district, as well as restaurant and bar specials leading up to the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday and culminating with Fore!Fest brought to you by Rise Brands.

North Market Bridge Park To Welcome New Merchant, Market Bar Vinoteca

Dublin, OH – North Market is pleased to announce the coming addition of Market Bar Vinoteca, the next merchant to join the community of “best-in-class” businesses at North Market Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio.

Owned and operated by the same team behind neighborhood favorite Market Bar, the new concept will be located on the opposite end of the Market house. The product line will focus on fine wines for on-site consumption as well as retail sales. Vinoteca will also feature an elegant bar with additional seating.

One of the first four merchants to open at North Market Bridge Park in 2020, Market Bar offers market guests craft cocktails, local craft beers, and best-in-class wines. In addition to a full service bar, Market Bar has a great selection of fine wines, local craft beers, and to-go cocktails to take home.

The Market Bar team prides themselves on supporting the local community through their Cocktail for a Cause program. Each month, a portion of the sales from a specialty cocktail goes directly to a local non-profit in the area.

Market Bar Vinoteca is a new concept by the team behind Market Bar that will provide Market patrons with a relaxing and elegant venue to enjoy fine wines from around the world in addition to innovative cocktails and local craft beer. Vinoteca’s focus on fine wines will be enhanced by a state-of-the-art wine dispensing and preservation system. Additionally, a curated collection of fine wines will be available for sale in the retail wine library. A unique wine classification guide will help patrons research and discover wines from regions and varietals they may not have experienced previously.

The existing Market Bar will see a few changes with this expansion. The retail shopping area will be moved to the south end to Vinoteca. The Market Bar beverage menu will remain unchanged.

In operation in downtown Columbus, Ohio since 1876, North Market Downtown is Central Ohio’s historic public market. 2020 brought the revolutionary opening of North Market Bridge Park, a new public market located in the City of Dublin at the Bridge Park development.

Central Insurance Moves Dublin Technology Office to Bridge Park

Dublin, OH – Central Insurance, a leading property and casualty carrier headquartered in Van Wert, Ohio, today announced it will move its existing Central Ohio Technology Office in Dublin to a new 48,322 square-foot office space in Dublin’s Bridge Park neighborhood. The move comes as a result of Central’s focus on expertise growth, with plans to add approximately 60 new positions to the current team of 79 Dublin employees by the end of 2026.

The more centralized Dublin location will pave the way to bring more jobs to the city, with a focus on top technology talent. The Bridge Park office, located at 6620 Mooney Street, spans an entire block and is situated within a mix of condos and retail stores.

Central Insurance partnered with Nelson Worldwide to personalize the space, and prominent mixed-use developer Crawford Hoying, to bring its vision to life. Construction for the space is already underway, with an official opening expected in winter 2023.

“12 Days of Bridge Park” Returns for Another Year of Holiday Cheer

Dublin, OH – Bridge Park is in the holiday spirit for its return of “12 Days of Bridge Park”. Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, beginning December 1 through December 18, visitors can have “not so silent nights” with new and exciting holiday-inspired events each day. Programming includes live music, cold weather drink specials, festive finds, Santa in the Park, an Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl and much more. From 10am-12pm, enjoy brunch at Fado with the MVP of the North Pole himself, Santa Claus and his wife, Mrs. Claus. While there, make sure to grab an ornament from the “giving tree” in partnership with the Children’s Hunger Alliance. Gifts can be dropped off before the holidays.

Holiday Market at North Market Bridge Park: From 9am-1pm, stop by North Market Bridge Park to find a gift for your loved ones during their Holiday Market, featuring 30+ vendors and a DJ to set the holiday mood.

Santa in the Park: Be sure to visit the Keystone Park next to REBoL from 12-3pm for the last chance to take your free photo with Santa Claus and to drop your letter off at the North Pole mailboxes.

12 Days of Giveaways

The ultimate holiday scavenger hunt is on from December 1st-12th. Each day, a prize card will be hidden in a new location at Bridge Park. Clues of the location will be shared on our Instagram stories for one lucky winner to find. Once the prize card is found, stop by the noted business to collect.

Letters to Santa

Drop off your letters to Santa at one of our three North Pole mailboxes found throughout Bridge Park. Locations include: Bridge Park Office, North Market Bridge Park and the large holiday tree at Keystone Park (next to REBoL).

Nationwide Children’s Hospital Butterfly

Bridge Park is partnering with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to “Light Up the Lawn, Light Up a Life” this holiday season. Starting on November 16, a beautiful, 10-foot butterfly will light up anytime someone donates $10 or more to this fantastic cause. Stop by Portal Park (next to Urban Meyer’s Pint House) and see the butterfly through the end of the year. Grab a warm holiday drink, make a donation, and watch your gift light up a life.

Holiday Tree Photo Contest

Snap a photo with the giant holiday tree and tag us on Instagram #atbridgepark for a chance to win a $100 gift card to your favorite Bridge Park business. Winner will be chosen December 18th.
