The holiday season is upon us and there’s no better way to enjoy the holiday than the vintage-glam, nostalgia-drenched experience at Miracle’s takeover of Palm Valley Cocktails in Bridge Park. Step through the door and you’ll find yourself transported: twinkling lights everywhere, cozy 1960s-style decor and the unmistakable flutter of Christmas spirit in the air.
What Is Miracle at Palm Valley Cocktails?
- A vintage-holiday pop-up: Beginning November 26 and running through December 29, Palm Valley transforms into a fully decorated winter wonderland under the Miracle umbrella.
- No reservations needed (unless you book the “Sunken Den”): It’s first-come, first-served for general seating. If you’re celebrating something special (birthday, friends’ night out, holiday get-together), you can reserve the Sunken Den—a cozy private space for up to 15 people.
What’s on the Menu?
Part of what makes Miracle so much fun is the cocktail menu featuring imaginative, festive, playful and sometimes over-the-top. Every drink is designed for the holidays and often served in collectible, themed glassware (which you can even purchase to take home). Here are just a few standouts from this season:
- Christmapolitan—A holiday twist on a classic, with vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary and a spritz of absinthe mist. Fresh, festive and perfect for the holiday spirit.
- Snowball Old-Fashioned—Rye whiskey, gingerbread syrup, aromatic and wormwood bitters and citrus notes. A rich winter-warmer with cozy vibes.
- Coconut Hot Chocolate (spiked, of course)—A warm, indulgent blend of aged Jamaican rum, amaretto, chocolate hazelnut, and coconut syrup, topped with coconut whipped cream and dusted cacao. Imagine a cozy fireside Christmas drink—this delivers.
- Mocktails—Not drinking alcohol? No problem. There are festive zero-proof offerings like Snow Day Sipper (rich chocolate-hazelnut syrup with coconut cream) and Silent Night (tart cherry, chocolate and orange flavors topped with soda). So everyone can join the fun.
The Holiday Atmosphere
There’s something special about walking into Miracle: it’s like stepping into a holiday movie. The decor is bold and nostalgic, creating a 1960s lounge meets Christmas party. Everywhere you look: garlands, lights, ornaments, possibly even a holiday movie playing in the background.
Even if you aren’t usually a Christmas-goer, the playful kitsch and warm nostalgia make Miracle hard to resist. It’s a perfect mix of charm and over-the-top festivity that works for a date night, friends together or even a solo festive experience.
Know Before You Go
- Reserve the Sunken Den for groups—If you’re heading out with a crew (or celebrating), booking the private room might make it easier to coordinate, especially with 6–15 people.
- Dress for photos—The retro-holiday decor pairs perfectly with a festive outfit: holiday sweaters, cozy scarves and holiday-colored outfits. The ambiance is made to be shared.
- Go for the experience (not just the drinks)—Even if you’re not a cocktail connoisseur, Miracle is as much theater as bar: it’s about an experience, a moment and memory-making.
Miracle at Palm Valley Cocktails is more than just a holiday pop-up—it’s a holiday experience that manages to make Christmas feel magical again.
