Dublin, Ohio – The unmistakable, high-energy entertainment and hospitality of Music City is coming to central Ohio. Beginning September 10, guests can find that same Nashville spirit at Bridge Park as Bristol Republic opens its reimagined home at 4495 Bridge Park Ave. Bristol is bringing its Southern-inspired dining, live music, game-day excitement, weekend brunch, and The Saddle Club together under one roof.
“There’s a reason people travel to Nashville to experience the live music, food, and vibrant atmosphere,” said Brian Swanson, founder, Experience Hospitality Group. “We wanted to build a place where people can spend an entire day and night enjoying themselves. That’s what Nashville does so well, and that’s what we’ve created with Bristol at Bridge Park.”
The heartbeat of Bristol is its state-of-the-art, open kitchen where Chef Greg Roy crafts scratch-made Southern favorites daily. Southern Pride smokers capture the bold flavors of Bristol’s smoked brisket, Texas-style ribs, and steaks. From stone-fired pizzas to crisp, seasonal salads, the curated menu satisfies every craving from brunch to late night.
When it comes to entertainment, Bristol brings a little Nashville spark to Buckeye Nation nightlife. The Bristol stage showcases an eclectic mix of national and local musical groups every Friday and Saturday. Guests can kick off their weekend early with live band karaoke on Thursdays. And Bristol’s weekend Southern brunch features live acoustic performances from some of the area’s best singer-songwriters.
“Bristol was my go-to spot after work every week,” said Ben Bressman, a regular at the original Bristol. “The bartenders, bands, beer, and bourbon all came together for a fun time. I’m excited to have Bristol back, now at Bridge Park.”
Bristol’s energy shifts to stadium-level excitement on game day. With 20 massive big-screen TVs, guests will be a part of the action of every play. And for those seeking something totally different, tucked away within Bristol is The Saddle Club. Designed as a retreat from the main dining area, The Saddle Club features live jazz and weekend DJs, alongside a premium whiskey and cocktail selection.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bristol Republic to downtown Dublin and the Bridge Park community,” said Bob Hoying, principal at Crawford Hoying. “Bristol’s day-to-night entertainment experience and live music are exciting firsts for Bridge Park.”
